When you use the interactive 2-minute daily planner and 30-day streak grid on 1day1life.com/#plan, your daily priorities, time blocks, and evening reviews are stored locally inside your own web browser's localStorage under the key 1d1l:v2. This text is not transmitted to our servers.
3. Email Waitlist & PDF Delivery Data
When you submit your email address to receive the 2-Page Printable Daily OS PDF and join the Founding Member waitlist, we record your email address, timestamp, signup source, consent confirmation, and a hashed anti-abuse request token. We use this information solely to send your requested PDF download link, weekly reset notes, and Founding Member cohort invitation.
4. Lawful Basis & One-Click Unsubscribe
Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link (/unsubscribe.php), or you can email hello@1day1life.com at any time to request immediate erasure of your email record.
